You need to be 55 years or older to apply for this visa
Eligible if you have AED 1 million or more in savings or a monthly income of at least AED 20,000**
*Saved in a fixed deposit for at least 3 years.
**If you're already a Dubai resident, income of at least AED 15,000
If you receive pensions from abroad, you can obtain this visa with the Retire in Dubai program
Also eligible if you own real estate in the UAE valued at AED 1 million+
You can sponsor your spouse, parents, or children*
*Unmarried daughters (any age) and sons up to 25 years old
